Pluriservice Spa is a Ravenna-based Italian company, leader in barcode and Auto-ID technologies: this market position was achieved by focusing on customer needs and by choosing during the years only the best and most innovative products.
Pluriservice Spa was founded in 1986 and from the beginning it was characterized by clear ideas, enthusiasm, creativity and skilled people. This has led to national and international acclaim, while sales figures rocketed from 186 million ITL (about 100.000 Euro) to 21.000.000 Euro in 2010. Pluriservice has a staff of 60 employees; its head offices cover 1500 sqm and there are branch offices in Milan and other 16 agencies spread throughout Italy. Pluriservice Solutions, founded in 2006, is the spin off company that follows end customers as a system integrator, while today Pluriservice Spa is focused on distribution. Another spin-off company is Raining Labels, which produces labels and tickets. Some numbers: 2500 resellers in Italy, 12 certified partners, more than 2000 end customers including many renowned brands such as: Coop Estense, G.S., Parmalat, Inalca, Arquati, Malaguti, Ferretti, Calzedonia, Ramonda, Fiat Group (today FCA), Cameo, Colombini, Mariella Burani, Ingram Micro, Christian Dior, Electrolux, Stefanel.
The roots of this success, both in reputation and sales, lie in an extended range of products and
solutions for Auto-ID. Besides the products, the business strategy is made of clear and ambitious goals:
qualifying as true consultants to the customers, basing the relationship on project analysis followed by
continuous advices on the best solutions and technologies on the market.
Technology and training are the two pillars of Pluriservice's approach, since training is essential and

Storm Open Solutions was born in this context: an independent software house, strongly oriented to provide know-how and solutions to all the customers of the other companies in the group (Spa and Solutions).
