E2K Store is a software solution for different kinds of retail enterprises: shops of various types and sizes, workshops, etc. It is available as a version of E2K Suite for generic points of sale.

E2K Store is designed as an enterprise solution, so it leverages on high-performance and high-security industry standards: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 for data, Crystal Reports for report creation and 256-bit AES encrypted ZIP archives.

Many different devices are supported: most ECRs on the market, non-fiscal printers, Ingenico payment terminals, Windows Mobile computers (for assisted inventories), generic data collection devices, scanners, tag and chip-card readers and much more.

Our software, your working method

By using E2K Store you can save time on everyday tasks, increasing productivity and control on your staff and your business. Different access levels and flexible profile settings let you assign to every employee his own role, making available just the functions and the information that belongs to him.

The creation of area panels and cash boards is a snap; you can import hi-res graphical images for backgrounds and for every button; images get resized automatically according to screen resolution; buttons can be rectangular or oval, gradient-filled or transparent, if you prefer to display the status of the resources as text "floating" on a picture.

You can link one or several "actions" to every button, thus creating complex sequences. All the selling functions are designed and optimized to be used with touch screens; you can adopt all-in-one touch computers, saving room and achieving greater efficiency.

Major supported devices*

Fiscal printers and cash registers
E2K Store can directly drive several cash register models and fiscal printers, emit bills or receipts (depending on the model and its features).

Non-fiscal printers
Every printer with Windows driver is supported in E2K Store to print many different types of documents: statistics, bills, various kinds of reports. Some printers for special applications are also supported natively: emission of orders, receipts, non-fiscal bills, etc.

Denso BHT terminals
The BHT terminals can be used for assisted inventory operations and for entering data in the provided modules.

Barcode scanner
E2K Store allows to connect different types of barcode readerd, in order to identify the articles being sold or received, making operations faster and reducing error rate.

Ingenico (POS) Payment terminals
With this optional module (E2K TrayPOS) it is possible to manage the transfer of the amount to the Ingenico POS and then wait for the result of the payment; in this way, it is not necessary to type the amount and so there will be no errors like reversed digits, missing decimals, etc. Moreover, the bill or the receipt is emitted only at the end of the payment, when the transaction is confirmed.

Transponder and chip cards
E2K Store supports read/write devices for transponder/chip cards, to manage electronic payments (debit/credit) or for personal identification.

External displays
The optional E2K Display module can be integrated with E2K Store to supply the customer with information such as goods being bought, total amount to be paid and change. When no bill is open, E2K Display can be programmed to display adverts (slides and video).

BuonoChiaro
E2K Store integrates support for Wincor BuonoChiaro technology, which allows you to dematerialize electronic meal vouchers, thus ensuring to get your money in less time and with more security.

Epson scanner for meal vouchers
E2K Food supports the Epson TM-S1000 to account for the different types of meal vouchers, speeding up and automating various tasks.

Internet hotspot
If you have a "Bobby" system (or "M Kiosk"), it is possible to integrate it into E2K Store to provide wi-fi access (in compliance with current regulations) to your customers, managing the credentials and charges.
